Catalyst Power Holdings LLC, a BP Energy Partners-backed provider of cleaner energy solutions, acquired the assets of New York-based energy advisor Northeast Expense Reduction Services. The add-on expands Catalyst Power's commercial and industrial customer reach and supplier relationships in Central and Western New York to support its community solar and Connected Microgrid decarbonization offerings.
