Cellution Biologics Inc. has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Elutia Inc.’s SimpliDerm hydrated human acellular dermal matrix (ADM) business. The deal consideration is $8 million paid at closing plus up to $3 million in transition and commercial milestone payments over 18 months, with closing expected in the second half of 2026 (subject to customary conditions).
