(CSI) was acquired in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $1.6 billion ($58.00 per share) by private equity firms Centerbridge Partners, L.P. and Bridgeport Partners. The deal closed in November 2022, and CSI became a private company with its stock delisted from the OTCQX market.
