The deal—announced March 12, 2021—adds scale (about 45 primary care providers across 13 clinics serving roughly 11,000 lives) to Best Value Healthcare; the platform is backed by Arsenal Capital Partners, which invested in Best Value Healthcare in November 2020.

CenterWell Home Health Acquires Trilogy Home Healthcare from Kinderhook Industries

CareMax Acquires Senior Medical Associates to Expand in Broward County

Las Mercedes Medical Centers Acquires Pasteur and Wellmax Medical Centers from Elevance Health

Las Mercedes Medical Centers has acquired Pasteur and Wellmax Medical Centers, a large Medicare-focused staff-model medical center operation in South Florida previously owned by Elevance Health. The acquisition adds over 700 associates and expands Las Mercedes' network to serve more than 22,000 senior members across 26 facilities in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties.

WELL Health (via CRH Medical) Acquires CarePlus Management

WELL Health Technologies’ wholly owned subsidiary CRH Medical has completed the acquisition of Atlanta-based CarePlus Management, adding CarePlus’s RADAR recruitment/locum tenens staffing, anesthesia services across ASCs, and Premier Choice revenue cycle management capabilities to CRH’s portfolio. The deal expands CRH’s U.S. anesthesia footprint, adds provider recruitment and RCM capabilities, and increases WELL’s 2023 revenue guidance.

WELL Health Acquires MyHealth Partners

WELL Health Technologies Corp. agreed to acquire MyHealth Partners Inc. for C$206M in cash, shares and debt financing plus a contingent earn-out of up to C$60M, making WELL the largest outpatient medical clinic owner-operator in Canada and a leading multi-disciplinary telehealth provider. MyHealth operates 48 locations across Ontario (with ~75% of consultations via telehealth) and is expected to generate proforma revenues of approximately C$100M with ~20% EBITDA margins in 2021.
