Centre Technologies, a Texas-based managed IT and cybersecurity provider, has acquired San Antonio-based Commercial IT Solutions (CIT), an outsourced cloud and virtual desktop services partner. The acquisition expands Centre's footprint into South-Central Texas and gives CIT customers access to Centre’s broader enterprise-grade cloud, cybersecurity, and help-desk resources.
