Cerberus Capital Management Acquires BROCC Finance AB

Cerberus Capital Management has completed its acquisition of BROCC Finance AB following regulatory approval from the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority. Cerberus will back BROCC to accelerate its Nordic consumer finance business and expand into European non-performing loan (NPL) asset management as a specialised debt restructurer, with BROCC planning to acquire NPL portfolios and meet SDR-compliant prudential ratios by the end of 2025.
