Cerity Partners, an independent wealth management firm, announced its intention to merge with Graypoint, a financial advisory firm based in Albany, New York. After closing, Graypoint will operate under the Cerity Partners brand, and Graypoint CEO Daniel Nolan will become Partner and Vice Chairman of Cerity Partners.
