CFS Technologies (Union Park Capital) Acquires Knight LLC

CFS Technologies LLC, a portfolio company of Union Park Capital, has acquired Knight LLC, a designer and manufacturer of proportioning and chemical dispensing equipment based in Irvine, California. Knight will join CFS's existing businesses (Lafferty Equipment Manufacturing and Lavo Solutions) to expand CFS's dispensing, dilution and connected-IoT cleaning solutions for end markets including healthcare, food & beverage, laundry and industrial cleaning.
