CGI Federal Completes Acquisition of Aeyon

CGI Federal Inc., a wholly owned U.S. operating subsidiary of CGI Inc., has completed its previously announced acquisition of Aeyon, a provider of digital transformation and AI technologies for the U.S. Federal Government. The deal is intended to expand CGI’s offerings portfolio and deepen relationships with national security and civilian agency clients, including the Department of Defense, FAA and NASA.

CGI to Acquire Apside
