Pharos Capital‑backed Charter Health Care Group has acquired Genesis HospiceCare (Athens, Texas) and Saints Hospice (Plano, Texas) as add‑on acquisitions to its post‑acute care platform. The deals expand Charter’s hospice and palliative footprint in North and East Texas and increase the platform’s locations to 18; financial terms were not disclosed.
