Infogain, a ChrysCapital-backed software platform engineering firm headquartered in Los Gatos, has acquired Silicus Technologies, a Houston-based Microsoft Azure-focused cloud transformation and managed services provider. The deal expands Infogain's Azure, IoT, data and AI capabilities and adds Silicus' customer relationships and delivery capacity across the US and India.
