Hometree Acquires GeoWarmth Heat Pumps and The Little Green Energy Company

Hometree has acquired two regional renewable installers, GeoWarmth Heat Pumps and The Little Green Energy Company, supported by a new debt facility provided by funds and accounts managed by BlackRock. The acquisitions (two of seven total for Hometree) add c.55 employees and around £15m of combined revenues, strengthening Hometree's installation capacity and access to customers, financing and maintenance capabilities for residential renewable systems across the UK.

Macquarie's Green Investment Group Invests in Galehead Development

The capital will strengthen Galehead’s balance sheet and capabilities, enabling the company to advance roughly 6 GW of early- to mid-stage solar, wind and storage projects, enter new markets and expand commercial applications for its LandCommand platform.

Capital has completed a growth investment in Circle Graphics Holdings, Inc., a Denver-area producer of made-to-order wall décor and large-format digital graphics for billboard operators and business signage. H.I.G. said the investment will support scaling the company’s product offering and expand its sales, marketing and distribution capabilities as Circle Graphics pursues organic and inorganic growth; the company employs roughly 600 people across the United States.
