Cisco Systems Acquires NetSolve, Incorporated

Cisco Systems announced a definitive agreement to acquire NetSolve, Incorporated for $11 per share (approximately $128 million gross, ~$90–95 million net of cash). NetSolve’s remote network and IT infrastructure monitoring services and ~292 employees in Austin, Texas will join Cisco’s Customer Advocacy organization to enable Cisco and its channel partners to offer real-time monitoring and managed services for IP telephony, security and other advanced IP services.
