Cision Acquires Streem

Cision, a Platinum Equity–backed global communications intelligence company, has completed the acquisition of Streem, a real-time media monitoring and insights platform serving the Australia and New Zealand market. Streem will continue to operate as an independent brand with its management team retained, and the deal (sale of 100% of Streem shares) strengthens Cision’s media intelligence offering across ANZ as an add-on to its platform.
