Citadel to Acquire FlexPower

Citadel has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire 100% of Hamburg-based power trading and renewable energy risk management firm FlexPower. The deal is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2025, subject to customary closing conditions, and combines Citadel Commodities’ risk management and analytics with FlexPower’s renewable trading expertise.
