Citrin Cooperman Advisors LLC has acquired the nonattest business of New York-based Berdon LLP, adding approximately $110 million in revenue and ~450 partners and associates. The combined firm will have annual revenue exceeding $600 million and a team of over 2,400 professionals, expanding Citrin Cooperman's capabilities across real estate, construction, family office, and manufacturing & distribution clients.
