Clarience Technologies has acquired ECCO Safety Group (ESG), a global manufacturer of audible warning equipment and emergency lighting for commercial and emergency vehicles. The acquisition expands Clarience's portfolio of vehicle visibility, lighting and telematics solutions and will allow ESG to leverage Clarience's R&D and distribution capabilities to grow its product offerings and customer reach.
