Silver Hammer Mining Corp. entered into definitive agreements to acquire all of the issued shares of Stroud Resources Ltd. and SilverMark Resources Inc. via three-cornered amalgamations. The combined company (expected to be named Silver Frontier Mining Corp.) will expand Silver Hammer into a globally diversified silver exploration and development portfolio across Mexico and Morocco, with an expected closing in Q4 2026 and concurrent financing of up to C$10 million.

Critical Metals to Acquire European Lithium

The proposed deal would consolidate European Lithium’s 7.5% interest in the Tanbreez Rare Earth Project and add its cash and marketable securities to Critical Metals’ balance sheet; the available sources do not report that the transaction has closed.

BGE Indoor Air Quality Solutions (BGE) acquired Clean Air Club Incorporated, a subscription-based direct-to-consumer e-commerce business that delivers replacement home furnace filters. The acquisition closed on June 30, 2021; Clean Air Club co-founders Damon Atwood and Lauren Mintoff will remain involved as advisors during the transition. BGE said it will continue operating the Clean Air Club in Edmonton and expand the business into additional geographic markets.
