Cleanova Acquires Airflotek and TES-Clean Air Systems

Cleanova, a Chattanooga-based industrial filtration platform owned by PE firm PX3 Partners, has acquired U.S.-based Airflotek and TES-Clean Air Systems and will consolidate them into its Cleanova business. The add-ons expand Cleanova’s capabilities in ultraclean controlled environments (custom FFUs, HEPA/ULPA filtration) and broaden access to semiconductor, pharmaceutical/biotech and data center end markets.
