Cleanwater1, a Baird Capital–backed water technologies platform, has completed the acquisition of Integrity Municipal Systems (IMS), a designer and supplier of packaged lime slaking, chemical feed, odor control and related process systems for municipal and industrial water/wastewater customers. The deal expands Cleanwater1’s engineered solutions and service capabilities for lime systems, odor control and chemical feed systems.

Integrated Water Services, Inc. (IWS), a Sciens Water-backed water and wastewater treatment platform, has acquired Hi-Line Industries, a Brenham, Texas-based designer and manufacturer of custom-fabricated equipment. The deal vertically integrates Hi-Line's fabrication and CNC capabilities into IWS to support its modular MBR systems (including the BluBox) and broaden manufacturing capacity for future product and acquisition support.

The deal expands cleanwater1’s product and engineering capabilities in polymer blending, chemical feed and bulk handling to support customers facing higher chemical costs and stricter environmental requirements.

Integrated Water Services and Sciens Water Acquire Hyperion International Technologies

Integrated Water Services, in partnership with Sciens Water Opportunities Management (an affiliate of Sciens Capital), acquired 100% of Hyperion International Technologies, a control-systems and engineering services provider for water and wastewater markets. The deal expands IWS’s product and digital services capabilities in modular MBR and wastewater reuse technologies; Hyperion’s General Manager Scott Johnson will lead the business as Al Ouchie transitions to retirement.

Industrial Flow Solutions to Acquire Clearwater Controls Ltd to Expand IoT Wastewater Network Management

Industrial Flow Solutions, headquartered in New Haven, Connecticut, announced it has agreed to acquire Clearwater Controls Ltd., based in Glasgow, Scotland. Clearwater Controls provides intelligent deragging control systems and cloud-based data analytics for wastewater network monitoring and predictive maintenance; terms were not disclosed and Clearwater Controls will retain its name and brand.

SitePro Acquires Integrated Control Solutions (ICS)

SitePro, an oilfield automation technology provider based in Lubbock, Texas, has acquired Integrated Control Solutions (ICS) to combine complementary automation technologies and managed services for upstream and midstream operators. The deal was financed with a J.P. Morgan debt facility and support from SitePro's existing shareholders, including Cottonwood Venture Partners and several family offices; ICS founders join SitePro's management team and retain ownership in SitePro.
