Clearlake-backed FloWorks Acquires Genesis Systems

FloWorks, the Clearlake Capital-backed flow solutions platform, has acquired Genesis Systems, a Garland, Texas-based distributor of control valves, regulators and valve automation products. The add-on expands FloWorks' distribution and valve automation capabilities and extends its customer reach across industrial end markets including petrochemical, power generation and semiconductors.
