Clio Completes $1B Acquisition of vLex

Clio completed its $1 billion acquisition of vLex, combining vLex’s legal intelligence (Vincent AI) with Clio’s legal AI platform to form an “Intelligent Legal Work Platform.” The deal closed alongside Clio’s $500 million Series G led by New Enterprise Associates (NEA), with additional equity participation from TCV, Goldman Sachs Asset Management, Sixth Street Growth, and JMI Equity, and a $350 million debt facility led by Blackstone and managed by Blue Owl Capital.
