CloudScale365, a U.S. managed IT services provider, has acquired Firefly IT Services, a Sacramento-based regional network and systems management firm. The acquisition expands CloudScale365's presence in Northern California and adds Firefly's 25 years of network expertise and local engineering, security, and application-support capabilities to its platform.
