CNC Flow Control Acquires Mako Products

CNC Flow Control, a Houston-based provider of flow control solutions, has acquired Edmond, Oklahoma-based Mako Products LLC, a master distributor of tube and instrumentation fittings, stainless tubing and high-purity valves. The acquisition expands CNC's product capabilities and opens new end-market verticals such as aerospace and semiconductors; financial terms were not disclosed.
