CogneSense (L Squared) Acquires L&J Technologies

L Squared Capital Partners' newly formed platform CogneSense has completed the acquisition of L&J Technologies, the platform's first acquisition as it pursues a buy-and-build strategy in environmental sensing, measurement, monitoring and control. L&J, a long-standing designer and manufacturer of precision tank level gauging and control equipment for regulated industrial markets, will be integrated into the CogneSense platform with Jim Jannotta named General Manager of the L&J division.
