Cold Chain Technologies (CCT), a PE-backed provider of thermal packaging and digital monitoring solutions, has acquired Tower Cold Chain, a UK-based maker and operator of reusable passive temperature-controlled containers. The acquisition expands CCT's product portfolio, global service network and manufacturing capabilities to better serve pharmaceutical and life sciences customers worldwide.
