Americold Realty Trust Forms $1.3 Billion North American Cold Storage Joint Venture With EQT

Vertical Cold Storage Acquires Liberty Cold Storage from West Liberty Foods

The deal—terms not disclosed—gives Vertical Cold a nearly 300,000 sq. ft. facility with intermodal access and strengthens its plan to build a national cold storage footprint while West Liberty Foods will remain a major customer.
