Colibri Group, a Gridiron Capital–backed professional education platform, has acquired TeachNow, Inc., a technology-centric teacher certification institution. The acquisition adds teacher education and international reach to Colibri's portfolio of professional learning brands and will allow TeachNow to leverage Colibri’s infrastructure to scale its cohort-based online certification and degree programs.
