Commercial Metals Company (CMC) acquired Tendon Systems, LLC, a provider of post-tensioning, barrier cable and concrete restoration solutions serving the Southeastern United States. Tendon reported approximately $60 million of revenue in 2022 and the acquisition expands CMC's construction-reinforcement capabilities and strengthens its position in post-tensioning cable and related services.
