Comms365 will continue to operate as a standalone business with leadership changes including John Whitty becoming CEO and co-founder Mike van Bunnens stepping away after a handover.

(NASDAQ: COMS) has acquired RF Engineering & Energy Resource (RFEQ), a specialist in high-performance microwave antenna design, outsourced manufacturing and distribution, in a transaction involving restricted common stock (~$2.2M) and $550,000 cash. The acquisition brings in advanced antenna design capabilities, experienced engineering personnel and established sales/distribution channels serving tier‑1 telecom customers in the United States and Latin America to COMSovereign’s 4G/5G product portfolio.

COMSovereign Acquires Fastback Networks

COMSovereign Holding Corp. agreed to acquire all equity interests of Skyline Technology Partners, LLC d/b/a Fastback Networks for approximately $14 million in cash and debentures (including convertible debentures). The acquisition adds Fastback's intelligent backhaul radios, operations, customers and a portfolio of patents (65 granted, 12 pending) to COMSovereign's 5G connectivity and wireless backhaul product and IP portfolio, broadening its capabilities for Tier-1 and private 5G deployments.

COMSovereign Acquires Manufacturing Assets of Fast Plastic Parts to Launch Sovereign Plastics

COMSovereign Holding Corp. purchased the manufacturing assets, operations and customer contracts of Fast Plastic Parts and launched Sovereign Plastics, a wholly-owned U.S.-based plastics and metals components manufacturing operation in Colorado Springs. The acquisition provides COMSovereign with an onshore, just-in-time supply chain for components used in communications equipment and related electronic products, reducing lead times and reliance on overseas production.
