The deal is intended to expand Concentrix’s automotive industry vertical and accelerate capabilities in marketing optimization and IoT-driven services, while adding scale and reach to serve enterprise clients.

SYNNEX's Concentrix Division Acquires Convergys

Concentrix Acquires SAI Digital

Concentrix Corporation has acquired SAI Digital, an end-to-end digital commerce and customer experience technology solutions provider, to strengthen its digital, AI and e-commerce capabilities across the Asia Pacific region. The deal brings SAI Digital's delivery center in Vietnam and regional expertise (notably serving Japan, Korea and Singapore) into Concentrix's APAC operations; terms were not disclosed.

Concentrix Acquires PK from Carlyle for Approximately $1.6B

Concentrix Corporation agreed to acquire PK, a global CX design and engineering firm, in a transaction valuing PK at approximately $1.6 billion. Funds managed by The Carlyle Group (which held a majority stake since 2016) will sell their stake; PK — with more than 5,000 employees across ~20–22 cities in four countries — was expected to contribute roughly $530 million of revenue and $85 million of adjusted EBITDA in the first full year post-close. The deal was announced in November 2021 (expected close in Concentrix's first fiscal quarter of 2022) and subsequently closed at the end of December 2021.

Converge Technology Solutions Acquires PC Specialists, Inc. d/b/a Technology Integration Group

Cambridge Consultants (Altran) Acquires Synapse Product Development

Cambridge Consultants, part of the Altran group, has entered a definitive agreement to acquire Synapse, a US West Coast product development firm headquartered in Seattle, to expand its US footprint and consumer-technology capabilities. The deal (acquiring Synapse's business assets) will strengthen Cambridge Consultants' presence on both US coasts and is expected to grow Altran's Innovative Product Development revenues by ~50% on a pro forma basis.
