SYNNEX Acquires The Minacs Group and Integrates It Into Concentrix

SYNNEX Corporation agreed to acquire The Minacs Group Pte Ltd. for approximately $420 million and integrate the business into its Concentrix customer-engagement segment. The deal is intended to expand Concentrix’s automotive industry vertical and accelerate capabilities in marketing optimization and IoT-driven services, while adding scale and reach to serve enterprise clients.
