Congruex Acquires Ohio Valley Excavating

Congruex, a Crestview Partners-backed telecom engineering and construction platform, has acquired Ohio Valley Excavating (OVE), a regional commercial excavation and underground utility services provider based in Lebanon, Ohio. The add-on strengthens Congruex's underground telecom and utility capabilities in the Midwest and retains OVE's founders and leadership as senior managers; financial terms were not disclosed.
