Congruex, a Crestview Partners-backed digital network design and build platform, has acquired Tower Engineering Solutions (TES) and Sorensen Companies Inc. (SCI). The add-on deals expand Congruex's wireless tower engineering and FTTH/OSP construction capabilities and extend its footprint into the Mountain region; financial terms were not disclosed.
