CongruityHR, a North Carolina-based outsourced HR/PEO provider and portfolio company of RFE Investment Partners, has acquired JanusHR, a Tampa-based professional employer organization serving small- and mid-sized businesses across Florida. The acquisition expands CongruityHR's presence and capabilities in the Southeast (notably the Tampa Bay region); G2 Capital Advisors served as exclusive buy-side advisor.
