Construction Partners, Inc. (NASDAQ: ROAD) acquired Durwood Greene Construction Co. and G&S Asphalt, Inc. (d/b/a American Materials, Inc.), an asphalt manufacturing and paving business headquartered in Stafford, Texas. The approximately 200-employee business adds three hot‑mix asphalt plants and an aggregates terminal in the Houston metro area, expanding Construction Partners' Texas footprint and providing vertical integration opportunities with its existing Lone Star Paving assets.
