Controlled Environment Systems Acquires Western Environmental Corporation

Controlled Environment Systems, LLC (CES) has acquired Western Environmental Corporation (WEC), a designer and manufacturer of cleanrooms, metrology labs, CMM enclosures and environmental chambers. The acquisition gives CES additional engineering, certification and turnkey lab capabilities and expands its market reach while WEC will continue to operate from its Franklin, Ohio location.
