Converge Technology Solutions Corp. completed the acquisition of Accudata Systems, Inc., a Texas-based IT consulting and systems integration firm with a 38-year history. The deal expands Converge's presence in Texas and augments its capabilities in cloud, cybersecurity and managed services as an add-on to its North American Hybrid IT platform.
