Converge Technology Solutions Acquires Nordisk Systems, Inc.

Converge Technology Solutions Corp. acquired Nordisk Systems, Inc., a Portland-based IT solutions provider focused on infrastructure, cloud, security, analytics, business continuity and managed services. Nordisk's CEO Deney Dentel and the existing management team will remain in place as Converge integrates Nordisk to expand its Northwest U.S. geographic coverage and extend Converge's hybrid IT, cloud and managed services offerings across North America.
