Cordance, a Raleigh-based software company that acquires and scales vertically-focused B2B SaaS businesses, has acquired BuildCentrix (BCX), a Vancouver-based MEP construction workflow and collaboration SaaS platform. BuildCentrix will continue to operate under its existing name and leadership while leveraging Cordance's resources to accelerate product and go-to-market growth.
