CORE Industrial Partners portfolio company CGI Automated Manufacturing has acquired Richlind Metal Fabricators, a Chaska, Minnesota-based precision sheet metal fabricator serving aviation, defense and space end markets. Richlind is the third add-on to the CGI platform since CORE launched it in August 2021 and will expand CGI's aerospace/defense manufacturing capabilities.
