Coretelligent, a VSS-backed managed IT and private cloud services provider, has acquired United Technology Group, LLC, a Southeast-based managed services and cloud reseller. The acquisition expands Coretelligent's national footprint with a new Atlanta-area office and integrates UTG's cybersecurity and co-managed IT capabilities into Coretelligent's service offering.
