Gridiron Capital and Stella Point Capital have closed a strategic merger combining Gridiron's portfolio company Travel Nurse Across America (TNAA) and Stella Point's portfolio company TotalMed to create a larger, tech-enabled healthcare staffing and MSP provider. The combined company will offer expanded travel nursing, MSP/VMS workforce solutions, shift-fulfillment technology, locum tenens, life sciences staffing and related services to hospitals, health plans and life sciences clients across the United States.

Ingenovis Health Acquires Corazon, Inc.

Ingenovis Health, a technology-enabled healthcare workforce and physician services platform backed by Cornell Capital and Trilantic North America, has acquired Corazon, Inc., a Pittsburgh-based provider of program development, consulting and accreditation services for cardiovascular, neuroscience, orthopedic and surgical service lines. Corazon will continue to operate under its brand and will augment Ingenovis Health's Physician Services division (including VitalSolution and VISTA Staffing Solutions) by adding accredited program development, quality management and accreditation capabilities for hospitals, health systems and physician practices across the U.S. and Canada.

Ingenovis Health Acquires HealthCare Support

Ingenovis Health, the PE-backed healthcare staffing platform controlled by Cornell Capital and Trilantic North America, has agreed to acquire HealthCare Support, a national allied healthcare staffing firm headquartered in the Orlando area. The add-on expands Ingenovis's staffing capabilities and national reach across clinical and non-clinical roles; financial terms were not disclosed and the deal was expected to close in Q1 2022.
