McWin Capital Partners' McWin Foodservice Fund and TriSpan's Rising Stars Programme have jointly secured a co-control majority investment in FI Holdings Limited (Flat Iron), a UK steak restaurant chain with 18 locations. Piper, the prior specialist investor, is exiting; Flat Iron CEO Tom Byng will remain to lead the business as the new investors back expansion across the UK and the start of international growth.
Pacific General led a single-asset continuation vehicle (CV) for Naya Group LLC (NAYA), co-led by Kline Hill Partners with a meaningful reinvestment from TriSpan. Outdoor Living Supply (OLS), a Trilantic-backed outdoor living distribution platform, has acquired Mid-Atlantic Concrete Products (based in Winston-Salem, North Carolina) and South-Atlantic Concrete Products (based in Cumming, Georgia). The acquisitions expand OLS's store network and give the platform a stronger foothold in the commercial hardscape market while retaining key leadership from both companies in advisory and operating roles.
RoadSafe Traffic Systems, a Chicago-based provider of infrastructure safety services backed by Investcorp and Trilantic North America, has acquired Utah-based All Star Striping. The deal adds All Star's specialized pavement- and airport-striping capabilities to RoadSafe's operations in the Salt Lake Valley and surrounding states as an add-on to its platform.
ProSmile, a TriSpan-backed multi-specialty dental services organization, completed the acquisition of Destiny Dental practices across Michigan, Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin, adding 20 offices and establishing ProSmile's presence in the Midwest. The deal was supported by lender BankUnited and continues ProSmile's roll-up strategy as a TriSpan portfolio company expanding via add-on acquisitions.
Sunbelt Solomon Services has acquired Maxima Power Group, a NETA-accredited electrical engineering, automation, and field services provider, in a deal that expands Sunbelt Solomon’s field services scale and geographic footprint across North and South America. The acquisition, backed by Trilantic North America, brings Maxima’s ~370 employees and nearly 20 locations into Sunbelt Solomon’s platform to broaden capabilities in power distribution equipment services and full lifecycle solutions.
RoadSafe Traffic Systems, Inc. acquired Site-Safe Products, LLC and its wholly owned subsidiary Innovative Access Solutions, LLC to expand its work zone safety product and service offerings across the Southern and Midwestern United States. The deals broaden RoadSafe’s traffic control footprint in those regions and mark the company’s 14th and 15th acquisitions since partnering with private equity firms Investcorp and Trilantic North America in 2021.
TriSpan LLP completed a strategic growth investment in Slavic401k, a Boca Raton-based retirement services firm that administers multiple employer 401(k) plans. The minority investment (terms undisclosed) will fund capability expansion including cybersecurity and SECURE 2.0 tax credit capabilities to drive new plan formation; McHenry Consulting advised Slavic401k.

The founders Russ and Shala Head will remain with OLS during the transition; the transaction expands OLS’s footprint in the Georgia market as an add-on to its platform.
TriSpan has partnered with industry veteran Brian Duggan to launch ProperXPM, a PE-backed residential multifamily property management platform focused on consolidating property managers nationwide. ProperXPM will grow organically and through acquisitions, leveraging a technology partnership with Livly to deliver centralized, tech-driven operational services and improve NOI for building owners.
