Outdoor Living Supply Acquires Willow Creek Landscape Supply

Outdoor Living Supply (OLS), a Trilantic North America–backed distribution platform focused on hardscapes and outdoor living products, has acquired Willow Creek Landscape Supply, a full-service distributor of natural and manufactured stone, hardscapes, nursery and other landscape products located in Rome, Georgia. The founders Russ and Shala Head will remain with OLS during the transition; the transaction expands OLS’s footprint in the Georgia market as an add-on to its platform.
