CPIhealth Acquires Midwest Interventional Spine Specialists and Serenity Surgical Center

Iron Path Capital-backed CPIhealth acquired Midwest Interventional Spine Specialists (M.I.S.S.) and Serenity Surgical Center to expand its interventional pain management footprint in northwest Indiana and nearby Illinois. The partnership adds two clinics and an ambulatory surgery center (ASC) to CPIhealth’s existing Indiana operations and brings five physicians and two nurse practitioners onto its platform.
