Crane NXT to Acquire Antares Vision in €120 Million Deal

Crane NXT has agreed to purchase roughly 30% of Antares Vision’s shares for about €120 million, after which it will launch a mandatory tender offer to acquire the remaining publicly traded shares at the same €5.00 per-share price. The transaction is intended to take Antares Vision private as a wholly owned subsidiary and integrate its inspection systems and track-and-trace software into Crane NXT’s detection and authentication solutions for life sciences and food & beverage customers.
