Crane NXT, Co. has signed a definitive agreement to acquire De La Rue Authentication Solutions from De La Rue plc for £300 million in cash (subject to customary adjustments). The acquisition, expected to close in H1 2025, expands Crane NXT’s authentication and brand-protection capabilities by adding De La Rue’s digital and physical security technologies (De La Rue Authentication generated approximately $130 million in revenue for the year ended March 30, 2024).

Investcorp Europe Acquisition Corp I and OpSec Group Business Combination to Take OpSec Public

Crane NXT to Acquire Antares Vision in €120 Million Deal

The transaction is intended to take Antares Vision private as a wholly owned subsidiary and integrate its inspection systems and track-and-trace software into Crane NXT’s detection and authentication solutions for life sciences and food & beverage customers.
