Creek Road Miners, Inc. to Merge with Prairie Operating Co., LLC; Prairie to Acquire Exok’s Oil & Gas Leasehold Assets

Creek Road Miners, Inc. and Prairie Operating Co., LLC signed a merger agreement. Upon closing, the combined company will be named Prairie Operating Co. and is expected to become publicly listed on the OTCQB under “PROP,” with listing on the NYSE American Exchange intended thereafter. Separately, Prairie has also signed a purchase and sale agreement with Exok, Inc. to acquire 37,030 gross acres of undeveloped oil and gas leasehold acreage in Weld County, Colorado for approximately $28.2 million. The merger is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2022, subject to customary conditions including a PIPE for at least $30 million.
