Creek Road Miners, Inc. and Prairie Operating Co., LLC signed a merger agreement. Upon closing, the combined company will be named Prairie Operating Co. and is expected to become publicly listed on the OTCQB under “PROP,” with listing on the NYSE American Exchange intended thereafter. Separately, Prairie has also signed a purchase and sale agreement with Exok, Inc. to acquire 37,030 gross acres of undeveloped oil and gas leasehold acreage in Weld County, Colorado for approximately $28.2 million. The merger is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2022, subject to customary conditions including a PIPE for at least $30 million.

ProPetro Acquires Aqua Prop

(NYSE: PUMP) acquired Aqua Prop LLC, a provider of wet sand solutions for hydraulic fracturing, in an all-cash transaction initially valued at $35.6 million net of working capital. The acquisition expands ProPetro’s integrated completions capabilities by adding onsite sand storage, handling and preferred logistics access and includes cash consideration, earnout incentives and potential growth capex.

Peoria Resources Acquires Verdad's Operated DJ Basin Portfolio

Peoria Resources, LLC (a subsidiary of JAPEX (U.S.) Corp.) has acquired Verdad Resources' entire operated oil and gas business in the Denver‑Julesburg (DJ) Basin for an enterprise value of approximately $1.26 billion. The transaction transfers roughly 101,000 net acres of horizontal Niobrara and Codell development (Colorado and Wyoming) to Peoria as it establishes a scaled operated position in the DJ Basin.

Liberty Oilfield Services Acquires PropX (Proppant Express Investments, LLC)

The deal adds PropX's wet sand handling technology, proppant containers and PropConnect logistics software to Liberty's completion services offering to improve logistics efficiency and reduce emissions.

The acquisition expands CPI into its eighth state (Oklahoma) and adds manufacturing and paving capabilities to support public and private roadway, commercial and residential projects.

The deal is a bolt‑on add‑on for CPI's North Carolina platform, Fred Smith Company, and expands CPI's capacity to serve the Pinehurst and Southern Pines/Sandhills region with additional plant, crews and equipment.
